I don't own a website for now, i wouldn't outsource the security on my site when i have one though because, i believe outsourcing the security for one's site would increase the risk to bring in external people for the site

This is because people that are hacker are searching for sensitive data to resell them or to provide them upon demand like credit cards this is why it is dangerous except if the website owner is using the new technologies for this will never happen.
