Do you offer paid time off/vacation pay?

If you run a business with employees, do you ever offer paid time off or vacation pay for said employees? I think it's awesome when a company offers pay for time off or even during vacation. I think a company willing to do that, really trusts their employees. And it's a respectful thing to do for your employees I feel. What do you think?
