Working at night is not a really great option if you ask me and there are many reasons for that. Working during the night hours could have a negative effect on the health. therefore rising early not only makes a person healthier, in fact, you see many positive changes as well. I believe that I become more productive when I wake up really early and go to bed early.
Everything depends on when your body system agrees with you to stay active and agile. If working in the night is something that is feasible for someone to carry out his job, I don't see any reason why the person should adjust to the time that is not going to favour him to work.
