Do you license out graphics or make your own?

When it comes to your websites, do you tend to make your own graphics? Or do you hire someone to make the graphics for you? Or do you license graphics for use? I like to buy graphics outright or make them myself. I don't like to license graphics, because that license has a time limit, so you eventually have to re-file for the license.

I have not only hired a graphic designer to create graphics but also used graphic generators to create graphics as well as used Photoshop and Canva to create graphics myself. It all depends on my budget and time I have. If I have time, I always like to explore myself as I know what will be the gest work for my project.
