I am very intentional whenever it comes to my business. There are some times that I will need to hire an employee and I am always going to look for the best qualified person to the job depending on the description and not to fulfill some kind of quota. I believe that the work environment should be completely dependent on what you can offer.

Handling the recruitment process using a quota is a kind of funny situation because you are likely going to kill your business at the end of the day. I believe competency should be the watchword when it comes to doing businesses and hiring people to work in your workplace too.

Exactly! There's no way you would be hiring the right person for your business and also you would even be pushed to get into recruitment when you don't really want it because it's all about getting the workers in based on the quota you have to fulfill.
