If you are doing any form of email marketing, you will want a business email at the least. Reason why, is because a standard Gmail or any email service account, will make it look fake and potentially scammy. I found that people mostly ignored my emails if I tried to contact with a standard email, but when I do it from a business one, I seem to get responses much faster. What about you?

I think making use of an actual e-mail server is best. You can have your own custom domain in this case that matches your website. So instead of being something like guy@gmail com it can be guy@guyco com, does that make sense? Like to me, this looks a lot better.

Having a professional email address is really important. Create an email address with your business name in it. For example, john@ myphotostudio.com is a professional email address. Email accounts like john.photographer @ gmail.com are not good for business because they do not look professional.

True. If you want people to take you seriously, you should have professional emails and a standard professional website to say the least. This will help you gain trust from your users. They will at least appreciate the effort you are putting in, instead of using free gmail address

I used my custom email id for a log time to send emails to my subscribers, clients, and customers. But currently, I have stopped using my own email. The major issue I had was spamming. I was receiving over 100 spam emails every day and most of the emails were "send me bitcoin or I will release your private video." back then I did not know how I could control spam on my custom email.
