Do you have any sites that work for you?

Yes I do have it which is tech based website where I only updates 2-3 times of week that's also outsourced from writes means I am doing nothing but have decent amount from Affiliate sales and Google Adsense income.

That is a very frequent amount of times that you do update your website and i think that this is very important to show people that it is always active and encourage traffic this way.
 
Yes I used to do but now a it is pretty automation websites means new content doesn't affecting my traffic and my revenue but when you have new website, it is most important part for sure.
 
My website is earning moderately. Am able to generate cash flow through affiliate marketing and through the support of local merchants. My forum is well known in my region. Would do promotion for local business to help them expand their client base and would get better remuneration compared to AdSense or any other ad services.

That actually sounds to me like you have made a success from your forum because if you are able to earn through things like adverts and affiliate marketing then it is a passive income source.
