Do you have any conditions attached to deleting a users account?

When a member comes with a request to have their account on the forum to be deleted, do you try to talk them out of that decision?

If you can't talk them out of such decision, do you have conditions attached to allowing for the account deletion which they must agree to before their account is deleted?

Well, this has not happened to me but I have a rule that says once the posts are created on the site, they will remain as the site property. If the users who ask for deletion has not received incentives for posting, I might consider his point though
