Do you have a home insurance?

I live in a rented apartment. I have a small farm house but my farm house is not insured. That’s because even when my farm house is destroyed, there will be no big loss. Therefore, I do not have home insurance. If you own your home, getting home insurance is a good idea. Insurance provides financial coverage but you will be able to claim the coverage only when something bad happens. If nothing bad happens, you will be just paying the premiums with no immediate benefits. This is the reason why I have not insured my farm house.
