Do you have a favorite holiday and why?

My favorite holiday is called "Pesah" it is a jewish holiday and the reason I like it is the food!! There is a thing called "matsa" which is really delicious, there are also potatoes that are being cooked on that holiday and I really like potatoes. The second reason is simple and very makes sense Pesah has the longest vacation time from school so I can never forget about that specific fact obviously... sometimes you need that peace from school.
