I get enough sleep on the weekends but during the week I have to be up at 5am everyday and its hard going to bed before 10 or 11pm for me.
This is the biggest problem for me. I have tried all that I can to be able to sleep before 12AM but that's not happening. I usually sleep around 2AM to 3AM. This is the main reason why I can never get enough sleep every night. It doesn't matter how late I sleep, I will always wake up early.
