Do you get enough sleep?

I get enough sleep on the weekends but during the week I have to be up at 5am everyday and its hard going to bed before 10 or 11pm for me.

This is the biggest problem for me. I have tried all that I can to be able to sleep before 12AM but that's not happening. I usually sleep around 2AM to 3AM. This is the main reason why I can never get enough sleep every night. It doesn't matter how late I sleep, I will always wake up early.

I assume that I do. Sleeping is one activity that I don't give anyone a chance to make a joke out of it. I prefer to enjoy my sleep instead of having to hold it off for any reason. So, when it is time to sleep. I sleep and have enough of it. Most of the time, those who complain about not having enough sleep might be having insomnia, and it messes up the way they sleep.

Sleeping very good is something that need to be taken very serious. Over 60% of your health is hanging on being able to sleep very well. You will not fall sick easily whenever you're having a good night rest most of the time. You will not feel dizzy most of the time like most people feel whenever they lack sleep.

I used to have this Chinese friend who told me this back in those years on the need for one to have a pretty good sleep. I mean, being able to sleep and enjoy sleeping is underrated. You will discover that your performance has improved once you have the ability to sleep as much as you want.

Yeah, that's very correct. Whenever you have slept well in the night, you're definitely going to wake up feeling very good and strong. This wake up feeling will always put you in a good spot when it comes to being in the right frame of mind to work actively.

Not everyone is having that good sleep that they should be having. Those that stay up in the night pressing their phones with their eyes wide open will definitely feel dull in the morning when they are ought to be vibrant and active at their workplaces or somewhere else.

Seriously, this issue of being too addicted to using one's smartphone have affected me too. This is actually the reason why I have been contemplating on putting my smartphone now to set on auto switch off once it's max 11PM in the night. This will take me offline so I can sleep.
 
Always. I'm on a CPAP machine that lets me sleep for 6 hours. Before I was diagnosed I was dead tired all of the time and always felt like I hadn't slept.

Damn! When you have breathing difficulties, it's going to be a must for you to make use of the CPAP machine in order for you to be able to sleep. It will help to increase the level of oxygen in your lungs and remove the unwanted gas.
 
Even though I am a night owl gamer I do get enough sleep and its a satisfactory for me, I sleep for 7-9 hours daily which is absolutely fine and healthy.
Without a good sleep you cannot proceed the day in a good quality so it's never worth it in my opinion only in emergency cases.
Sleeping is a thing I like its a time to release your emotions rethink life and take a good chilling nap :) and such things are never bad for any person they are even necessary!.

A night owl that gets 7-9 hours of sleep is one hell of a night. It actually depends on what time that you wake up in the morning because where it's very difficult for me is that no matter how late it is I went to bed, I must wake up 6AM or max 7AM. This is what takes away more hours of sleep from me.
 
I get enough sleep, on the night when I don't get enough sleep, I take afternoon and fulfill my sleep quota
