Probably, that is one of the major reasons why it is not advisable to venture into gambling because it is very addictive. when you start losing you will start getting addicted.

In what ever feild you are operated I think that gamble is never that too good because sometime I can remember when I use to do forex trading each time I gamble I normally have loss and in some of my business I do experience that each time I gamble I have to face some loss so I will never gamble for no reason.

I am curious as it seems so many people do these days and typically the ones who spend the most gambling are the ones who can't afford to be doing it.

I will never gamble because I know I will loose everything that I have, instead why shouldn't I invest in something legit like stocks or crypto which will have good profits than gamble?

Nope I don't. Gambling is a game of chance. You either win or lose. You don't need to think too much about it . Not a sustainable source of income. Too much wil affect your financial situation

Yes, apart from dopamine, I think that there are many other parts of the brain that are also responsible for addictive behaviour. Having a weak prefrontal cortex is also one of the main reasons why people become addicted.

I used to in the past but not anymore. Gambling became so addictive and almost wrecked me. To think I didn't start at a tender age and get so hooked still baffles me till today. I'm grateful I stopped else I'd have been a wreck.
