Do you exercise?

Do you exercise? If so, what do you do? Run, lift weights, or what? How often do you exercise? If you don't exercise, then explain why you don't.

That is the toughest part in my life. I am such a lazy bum that i don't even lift heavy objects or move things

I do not do exercises regularly, as a result I am getting very fat lately.

Hopefully I will change this habit and will start to do exercises regularly.

I don't exercise, but it would be good for my health to do it once per week.
