Do you ever pay into your employees pensions?

When you pay your employees, do you include pay into their pensions? I think it'd be a good gesture to pay portions of their pension when you pay them. Do you offer this option when you pay? If not, why?

I do not have an organized business, I do not even have full time employees. Therefore, I do not have obligations to pay for employees' pension or retirement funds. I also do not work in any organization, therefore, I do not have access to this service.

the company i was working for before joining my present company use to pay pension into an account for us on a monthly basis but my present company does not pay us pension.

It is better for organisations to pay into the employees pension account because it is a way to build their future and if such employees is given such opportunity, he would give in his best.
