Do you ever allow forum members to have multiple accounts?

What would be the reasons for allowing someone on your forum to have more than one active account?

I do not see why someone would need more than one account. This could be a problem if the site hosted contests or raffles because this person would have a bit of an unfair advantage.

Other than test accounts I would never and have never allowed this. You're just setting yourself up for a whole host of issues (what if, in the marketplace, one of the accounts vouched for the other?). I think RPG forums sometimes allow multiple accounts. Not really sure as it isn't my thing.

No I don't. People with two accounts or more could easily troll the members or boost up their reputation by giving reputation points and also giving each other forum cash. I think it's cheating having two accounts or more.

I do not normally allow people to have multiple accounts, unless they have a valid reason.

To be honest, no one really needs more than one account in a forum.

I allow my members to have a maximum of 2 accounts, if they want to create more they will have to ask me about it.
