Do you encourage/allow members use their real identity on your forum?

For my forum.. they can use any name they desire.. as long is it's not in the prohibited list... as for me personally.. I have no issues associating my names with my posts.
 
I don't see any benefit to enforcing or encouraging people to use their real IDs online or such on my sites. I have no reason or ability to verify people and I really do not want to store any of that info if I don't have a need to. Most of the attempts at forcing users to verify themselves are done in terrible methods due to laws and just encourage people to leave safe sites and use iffy sites that don't follow the laws anyway.
