Do you eat only three meals a day or do you also have snacks?

I have quite a busy day, so I don't always have enough time even to get food three times a day, because I only have breakfast and dinner, and during the day I have 2 or 3 snacks, which basically replace a full meal. And how many times a day do you eat?

We normally use 0 for not eating in the morning, afternoon or night. So assuming I ate only once a day e.g in the morning, it's 1-0-0 and if I ate at night only, it's 0-0-1.

I don't eat thrice a day, sometimes I do take snack for the full day which will replace the times that I didn't eat.

In work days, I most times do have 2 meals, that is breakfast and dinner. Snacks probably much have a greater outcome in my lunch, unlike heavy meal, I love them once in a blue moon as to balance some ... you know.
