Do You Dress Up Well For Your Online Work?

As an online worker, do you work in a PJ or do you dress up well, in the most professional way? As far as I am concerned, I work in PJ. However, sometimes, when I have to use video calls, I try to put modest dress so that I appear professional to my clients and customers. I do not see any necessity of dressing up as long as I do not have to show up myself.

I wear whatever I feel comfortable in. I don't wear PJs, I just want basic tshirts, either sweat pants or shorts and plain socks. I don't dress up for anything unless I'm going somewhere or have a meeting on cam for work or something.
