When it comes to fitness and weight loss, fasting is one of the best ways of losing weight. Of course, it's not an easy thing to do, as fasting is essentially not eating for a set period of time. Could be a day, a few days, a week or even a month. You still need to intake certain things like water, and I believe you need sodium in your diet as well if you're not eating often. I've only ever done half day fasting, where I don't eat until the next half of the day. What about you? Do you do any fasting?
