The real estate market is one that is booming worldwide. A lot of people are now enjoying the goodness of ensuring that they make the right decisions on whether to invest or not. What would you do when you have the funds to invest? Do you consider it viable?

It's not something that's ever held any interest to me.

I value my time more than I value my money - so any hobby that involves sacrificing my time in order to make more money just seems completely backwards to me (if I wanted to do that, I'd just work longer hours!)
