Do you buy battle passes?

Are you someone who likes to buy the battle pass on a game that you play or do you not bother with the game pass and just play the game for fun?
I myself don't mind buying the battle pass on games like Fortnite as I know I will play the game and get through the battle pass but with other games that I play such as Overwatch 2, Fall Guys, Destiny 2 and Apex Legends I don't tend to get the battle pass unless I am pretty much close to completing it and I know it will not be a waste of money if I do purchase it. I know with Destiny 2 I have purchased on battle pass and I didn't quite finish it, I was 5 tiers off and I was pretty upset that I didn't complete it.

What are your thoughts on battle passes?

I buy them and it incentivizes me to continue playing the games really, even if I get bored - I'm like "oop - gotta finish". I like getting rewards of some sort lol.
