Do you actually read rules on forums?

I'll go ahead and say I don't. If I'm active on the forum I'll read the rules. However, if I just pop in from time to time, I don't read the rules.

I never read the rules unless I'm a staff member. Most rules are simply common sense and almost every forum uses the same exact rules. If you're a good and decent person, you shouldn't really need to know the rules unless they're advertising rules or signature rules, things that differ from every forum. xD

But really, I skim over them but I don't "read' them. They're the same everywhere honestly. Lol

Depends on for what purpose. If I'm joining a forum just to chat then no, cus I use common sense. If I'm joining it to post an advertisement thread or similar I read the rules to know if I'm allowed to post it and if not what the criterias are.
