I am curious, are there any countries that outright block sites based in the US? I imagine there are some countries that limit the exposure that US sites have with the people of said country. I know countries like China have blocked a lot of traffic from the US.

Does this ever worry you? How do you stop your sites from being blocked in certain countries?

I don't own sites like facebook, google, or even youtube are blocked in China and North Korea. My sites are small that do not deal with sensitive information. I am not even based in the US. Therefore, this does not bother me.

blocking certain countries by some sites has to do with the existing problems such services are encountering in that country, let's say for instance, there was a time binance was not allowed to operate in the U.S

These kind of limitations are in force in a number of other nations, including Iran, Syria, and North Korea. Furthermore, geo-blocking, which restricts access to social media based on the user's location, is used in some nations.

To me, people still love having their website in US because once it is being used then many people will be interested. The reputation of US still makes people to be interested in having their website in US.

Having your site in the u.s is not for the reputation alone but you can make more money as marketers and advertisers are willing to pay more for sites or traffic that are from the u.s.
