Different Difficulty Modes on Games

Do you enjoy a more challenging difficulty on games? Recent games come out with modes such as very easy, easy, normal, and hard, and nightmare mode sometimes.

I typically go for either normal mode or the step just below depending on the game style. I don't always like much of a challenge on games because I use games to semi-relax and a challenge can be frustrating.

It depends on the game. Sometimes I'm good going the normal difficulty, but there are some games that even at normal I gotta turn down the difficulty. I will play some games on easy if it's too much on normal.

Some games though I just want to get the story, and don't care about the grind some games make you run through. So I like when some games let you pick a mode that makes it easy so you can digest the story easier.
