If you needed money, would you pawn your car? and under what conditions the loan agreement should be made, in your opinion

Pawn a car? Does that mean that you give your car as collateral for a loan? If that is it, then, you make sure that the timeline for repay of the loan is realistic enough for you to pay back to get your car back. Let the àgreement also include the condition you are leaving your car and in what condition it should be returned to you.

It really depends on the situation i am in, and the type of car I'm pawning, but before I can even think of it it must have been the last resort

I don't have a car of my own and I don't plan to get one anytime soon. Still trying to use the car as a mortgage is not a good idea. If you don't have any other choice, then it's better to ask for sufficient amount of time, to get it back again.

If possible, I would like to avoid such situations as much as possible.

Yeah when buying a car, especially if it's not new make sure you check the engine and it must be of good and powerful quality

Well if you're own a car why would you seek for the money?. Only riches people can buy a car and if they're well settled and happy why would they pawn their own car. They're runing the business which generating money for them

I don't prefer those things to happen if I needed money I will try to loan them from my friends, family, relatives and avoid those complicated things with the gouverments.

It also depends on the situation if I run out of money I choose the way to sell my car as much as to pawn it, in my opinion.

I don t really understand what kind of problems do you mean ? there is a 30 day back guarantee you can get it back at the same price.

Depends on the situation and i must have exhausted all my options before I can think of selling my car and that's highly unlikely to happen.

I don't have a car at the moment, but even if I needed money, I wouldn't use this method.

At least in my country the maximum 30% of the product value is offered. they will search the internet where the cheapest ad is (for example a car of 10,000 euros, they will find it on the net in the second hand without checking anything at about 6,500 and it offers you a maximum of 30% of that 6,500, somewhere at about 1950 euros) ... it's really not worth it.

you can use other methods ... to borrow from someone you know, you don't need to pawn your car.

I would never pawn my car because of lack of funds, infact the only reason that may make me to pawn my car would be when the car is having so many issues that I cannot resolve.

I've never pawned my own car, but I have sold a few in the past. I will only sell if I really need to, but I usually sell and get a cheaper vehicle. But I never pawned a car of my own. You'd probably find more success listing it on a car site or something.

It depend but for me I don't really have a car to pawned, but if actually have one I can't never pawned it I can only sell it out instead of pawned it.
