This has happened to me a couple of times. I was using an ad network called Bitcoadz and I was paid once. When I was just about the reach the second payment threshold the ad network shut down. Similar thing also happened to me with Adhitz. I lost 0.003 BTC with bitcoadz, which at that time was about $80 and now it is $180.
