I want to delete my youtube account but I can't do that after creating it in Hotmail and now all accounts must be preferred in Gmail. Is there any way I can delete my Hotmail account without losing or blocking it? or Youtube accounts expire or can be blocked after a certain amount of time if no one has logged in to that account?

First gmail is recommended for YouTube creation.

You must create another YouTube gmail account. You can't switch the hotmail YouTube to gmail.

So you need to create another YouTube account with your gmail. Create a new gmail if you don't have one.

I don't see any reason for you to delete your YouTube channel because it is not taking away your money or anything of value to you so I would advise you to leave your YouTube account open and probably open another one if you don't want to continue using that YouTube account.

Removing and email to put your Gmail in your updated YouTube acvount, I mean you want to use Gmail for your YouTube acvount instead of Hotmail and you can't delete your YouTube account .

Well as for me I don't know any possible way you can delete your account or block your YouTube account. But it is possible for you to open two YouTube accounts.

You can delete in your YouTube account or update it when it expires.however the best thing I think you should do is to update your YouTube account when it is expired.
