I don't know whether this applies elsewhere but in my place, there seems to be a shortage of music equipment repair technicians. I live in a rural area but even when I travel to bigger towns, the situation is not encouraging. I am referring to repairers of such equipment as guitars, pianos and the like. Are there online classes that could remedy the situation?

I can say that I have seen quite a few disappear around my area here, but I am sure that the good ones are still out there. I think that it is just a sign of the times though, and probably will continue to happen.

It is really hard to get good music technicians. Thankfully my city has a shop that provides good and efficient repair for almost all the instruments.
