1. Set reasonable goals for yourself: Set long and short term goals to a very sensible extent don't be too optimistic, then you will appreciate what you have achieved.
2. Don't compare yourself with everyone else: Don't start comparing yourself with Elon Musk, relax and take it step by step, you will get there in time.
3. Relax: Take time out to relax and engage in leisure activities, it will reduce stress and take your off the challenges.
4. Network with friends: when you networks with others, your learn and see that you are doing well, you will feel better about how far you've gone.
5. Be grateful for what you have achieved: When you magnify what you have, you will not feel bad about yourself, be happy with where you are, knowing that tomorrow is another day to achieve great things.

That would be really hard to take mind away from. Most especially when the person is so in need or separate to achieve the thingDepression do come when things are not going right ,but it is never the end of the road. One only need to take his mind away from the challenge , and work towards overcoming it.

I have once had similar experience it wasn't easy for me ,i had so much pains then and i never gave up but kept on pushing to acheieve my goalsTruly it is not easy when someone puts resources, hardwork into building up something and it does not work out, have you had similar experience?
Yeah you must be ready to face the depression if you are actually ready to change for good ,because the person can't keep holding on for too longPlanning out something with so much of your time and expecting a good result but was faced with otherwise is natural. A depressing situation that must be faced to get you ready for what's up ahead of you and prepare you well.
True when you share with people around you the person might gain the confidence to bypass the depression that is an obstacle to him or herOne can only deal with depression by making sure you share your heartfelt problem with experienced people around you but learn to be patients most times.
