Cottenwood farming

Here in Nigeria currently there has been an implemented system of farming of cottonwood going on, it has started some time ago. Here,the company will bring the seed and offer it to the farmers to plant and the company will also bring their tractors to plough the land and your duty is only to take care of it till it's due for harvest.
When it's due for harvest,the company will buy it from you.
Don't you think it's a perfect way to make money?

Cotton wool farming would be a very good business idea as there are several companies that are in need of the raw materials to be manufacturing clothes with it.
