My advice for them is this, you can never really know how something will be until you give it a try, when you are your own boss, you can work at any time you like unlike a 9-5 job which you have to go through throughout the week, it is stressful, although business is stressful as well, but you are the one in charge and you would have control of how you would run things there.

To be very honest not everybody is capable of building a business. No matter how easy it is or how favorable the environment is, some people will not build a business you have to know that. We can't all be the same what's good for somebody might not be for another person. So my advice for such person is that if he faces challenges in beauty business issue always look at the end goal you will achieve when the the business is successful.

Someone handling your business on your behalf can never handle it with the way you are going to handle it by yourself. So I can't blame business owner which thought the only way their business would keep moving is for them to stay late and checked everything very well after the close of the business. That's what I see as the spirit of leadership to me.
