Contributory pension or pension from the government

Which is better between contributory pension and state pension if you are giving a job and you ask to decide between the two which do you feel is better and what are the reasons which that is better than the other

As I understand it, the government pension is itself a contributory pension, which is the contribution that government employees make during their years of service. Now there is a non-contributory pension, which is one that they give to people for widowhood, orphans and food. The latter is given by the government without people having contributed anything and is endorsed by law.

First of all we all need to know about contributory pension and pension from government.
Contributory pension is the type of pension in which both government and employee pay money but the government pension is totally paid by government.
Both are beneficial but the contributory pension is more beneficial because during service when ever you need money you can get it.

You are lucky if you have a choice of pension plans. In our country there is no option. The government worker contributes to the pension plan that is handled by the Government Service Insurance System. There is a monthly contribution that builds up the pension. For workers in private companies the pension plan is almost the same in concept but it is handled by the Social Security System which is also an institution of the government.
