The benefit of the mobile app is that you could complete the installation of APK of android while you need blue stacks emulator if you are Windows or Genymotion (I do not recommend it) if you are Ubuntu.

A computer has more space than a mobile phone and more interesting video games (in my opinion) but yet a computer is stuck on one place but a mobie phone can be move to anywhere we wish for. A computer might be more comfortable for some people to type and work on, whenever if its a job or a nice conversation with chatting computers might be more comfortable to work with.
Computers also will remains a longer time working than a mobile phone they are stronger. In my opinion computers are better than a mobile phone.
