Unfortunately we can say that there are a lot of businesses today that goes to failure, it is because they lack factors that needs to be observed. Anyways let me provide you some common reasons of business failure.

a. They may not know how to win over clients
If a company doesn't know its clients well or treat them well, there is no point in improving lead generation. Winning customers over begins with knowing the preferences of consumers and tailoring goods to suit those desires and needs. Treating clients well begins when it comes to customer care by adopting best practices.

b. They don't know how leadership can be given.
With a bold vision, leadership is about inspiration and empowering the troops. It begins with developing partnerships by helping individuals inside the organization achieve their goals. Leadership is important; it is difficult to make good decisions or take successful actions without it. Leadership influences every part of an organization, from how workers function productively to how they manage operations.

c. They don't know how to market themselves.
Marketing does not begin by learning how to use tactics for advertisement and promotion. It begins with the differentiation of products. All its marketing efforts would be wasted unless a company can explicitly state why its product is different from others similar to it in the marketplace or come up with a specific value proposition.

These are very salient points i should store in my heart as it is timeless and will definitely prove useful in the future when am ready to launch out in business. Knowing these pitfalls to avoid will already give me an advantage in the market place.

Lack of capital can contribute to massive business failure. When you start a business and you are struggling to find funds to keep the business going, then this may result to the business struggling. However, I will say that having committed staff can go a long way to ensuring these challenges are curtailed too.
 
It can also happen because of lack enthusiasim to wards business and lack of proper market research. Most times we are in a hurry to display our products in the market without proper market research. Also, people tend to turn their business into family affair, where family and friends take advantage of your relationship with them to avoid payment.

These are some of the most common reasons for business failures. The first thing is lack of planning, another one is lack of leadership spirit. Poor management of staff and employees and the last one is poor marketing facilities.
 
people having business failure it's their fault because it is the way they handle their business what matter most in business is how you handle it the plan you make for a business if you don't make a good plan that means the business is going to fail or when you package your business you have a good plan to set up a good strategy for your business you will surely get what you want on a business

The reason for the biggest failure in business is that before people start their not well preparation, why don't people come into any business with better preparation and their skills and experience are not too much, so they go back as a failure.

I like point one. The ability to win over client matters too much. You must be able to sell yourself and your business to your client. You have to take charge of your business and put value on your business. Don't client treat you like they are doing you a favor
 
I think most common reasons the failure of business is lack of knowledge . Poor planning is also a common reason the failure of a business. Passion and interest are most important ti make a business successful. Poor management and poor decisions is also common reason.

Business failure is always caused by most factors and some of them include improper managerial skills,which most at times is the main cause of most business failures world wide.
 
Common causes of business failures are failure to plan. Poor advertising medium. Poor customer service and financial instability. These are the main reasons behind most businesses failure.
 
Some common reasons of business failure I know is the inability of the owner of the firm to take risk and not only takinf risk but to also cope with the risk when it turns out the other way round also if they failed to get situated at a location that is easily accessible to the market.
 
Business failure is linked to when you spend above the business means, that is, when you spend business money instead of the profit that the business generates. When one over spends the profit, one is only holding down the business growth but when one deeps hand into business money (capital) then that will lead to the folding of the business.
 
The best business ideas will fail if there isn’t a market for what you sell, or if the market suddenly disappears because of economic changes or natural disasters. While you can’t predict disasters, before you start a business you need to determine if there’s a market for what you plan to sell and if that market is big enough to be profitable
 
In other ways there could be many reasons for the failure of a business and it most times come down to the balance sheet of a particular business. When a company is no longer making money and meeting t otctual obligation that business is definitely going under.
 
Business failure is lack of planning, lack off corporation, punctuality into your business grand, lack of leaving or having a social life can also follow your business, poor management is attached to it.
 
One thing that I can add that cause business failure is not improving on the way the business works. Or let me say going the same way, with no new positive change. Not moving as the age moves. We are in computer age, some people are still using the old age methods for business. Improve daily.
