It appears that a class action lawsuit has been filed in the last 24 hours due to Robinhood halting trades of GME(Gamestop), AMC, and other stocks.

This suit is a right move, big hedge funds and stock companies should not be allowed to run the market like it is their private business or as it the market is one tavern, it is wrong.

Let the demand for compensation be very loud and clear, let everyone affected make their voices heard and see to it that they are handsomely renumerated and restituted. It time to stop this age long injustice.

I am not using Robinhood, therefore, the lawsuit has no effect on me. Actually, I knew about Robinhood only when the news of lawsuit broke out.

If this is true, then that's not a good thing on the part of Robinhood. Though I can understand because the speed at which these stocks especially GameStop were moving up was so fast and checks could've been put in place.
