From the article:
"A civil lawsuit alleges that two CIA contract psychologists devised torture methods against three former detainees at secret prisons in the early 2000s. The alleged victims are now claiming damages."
Since they were contract psychologists, it seems to me that they were asked to develop torture methods. I ask, what about the one's who asked them to do it? Why aren't they being pursued?
