In my place I believe its like this.
class 1 to 4 - Lower primary (age 5/6 to 8/9)
class 5 to 7 - Upper Primary (age 9/10 to 11/12)
class 8 to 10 - High School (age 12/13 to 14/15)

Higher Secondary/Pre University/Pre-Degree - (age 15/16 to 16/17)

College - 17/18+

I have always wanted someone to do my homework since I started going to any school. I hate doing all these assignments that teachers give in high school. They make me feel like I have to be punished for getting educated. I think that homework should be optional at all times in all the schools in the world to allow the students to have more control and responsibility over their lives.

However, I have never had anyone do my homework for me. This is one of the reasons why I have never liked school.
