-Added User-Owned awards section. These are awards that users can create (very rare) in any style (as long as it remains appropirate), any name and any description. They can choose who to give the award too (maximum 5 people) but don't have to give it to all 5. To celebrate the release of this new type of award, I am giving a member a chance to have their own user award. Just read this thread for more info!
