I've been getting mails from supposed immigration experts from the different countries, most especially Canada with the sole aim of helping me get a good visa to the country, so my question is can those guys be trusted and were they assigned to offer such assistance to people around the globe by the Canadian authorities or they're independent contractors?

Be careful, they are most likely scammers, if you didn't apply for Canadian immigration no one will contact you, if you're interested make sure you go through the proper channels or ask a trusted person to put you through

You must be careful of some of the email that comes to you this is because many of this email sent by immigrations are scam. people disguise their self as Canada immigration and send email to you. Be careful.
