Can you trust paid backups?

Advertisement Placeholder
Normally it is trustable but I personally like to have manual backup option as it is always reliable and you can easily do by doing some clicks and you can store them on your local storage.

Depends with who.

If you are just backing up WordPress websites, use a plugin to push backups to Backblaze, AWS, Google Drive and the like. Pretty confident they aren't going anywhere.

Am a bit paranoid about backup, I regularly archive my website data and would always maintain an offline backup of my website's data. having an offline backup gives me confidence. In case of any security breach would clear all the contents and would replace them from my backup.
