Can you make good moneys setting up WordPress sites for people?

I know a lot of people don't like the task of setting up websites, even thought WordPress has made it fairly easy. All the plugins and security issues can be a lot to manage for someone who has never made a site before. Is there a market for this? If so, how much would someone charge to make this happen?

I have been doing this for a long time. I not only set up a WordPress site for clients but even provide content for the website. Sometimes, I hand over a complete site that is ready to be monetized. The most difficult part of this job is getting high paying clients. People want good work from you but they are not willing to pay you good money.

I suppose you could, but if you're doing a service like this, why not just design a site made from scratch instead? Wordpress is fine, but I feel if you want the best of the best, designing a site from scratch is better, at least imo.
