That's not a bad idea but I think they are not going to manage it the way you like, if you know what you are doing you are expected to manage your business by yourself or find someone else.

I can only allow my family member to manage my business for me on a very temporary basis. It cannot be more than a week interval. I don't trust anyone apart from me with my business. They might not have the same commitment level.

For me I will say yes as long as you can get someone that you can trust in the family. But the moment you see yourself doubting then don’t overthink it. It does not work out well most of the time too. Find a capable person that can assist you outside. The goal is to have a successful business regardless.

It all depends on the family members. Some family members are very rude and only want to drag you down. You can of course allow them, but you have to really trust them. Family members are the most trusted ones for me to manage my business, it is very difficult to trust strangers so it is a great idea to start with your family members.

Some people prefer to hire stranger to manage their business than family, and they have a good reason for it. But if a family member misbehave, then taking necessary action become hard decision to take.

When I think about my family and those who I could trust with my business and those who I couldn't. I would say that I have around 4 family members that I know I could rely on when it comes to them running my business if anything happened to me and that would be either my mum, auntie, grandma, or my younger brother.

I believe it is very wrong to allow you business to be managed by a family member reason being because you will no be able to hold him responsible should any loss occur. You don't joke with business, I'd rather employ a staff who'd be accountable and not waste my hard earned money.
