I agree but I don't do it for some reasons. If you wake up early in the morning, you will be very focused and you can do many of your daily tasks in 1 hour, but the big problem is that you are sleepy during the day.

waking up very early does not make me more or less productive, what determines my level of productivity is the task that i have to complete that day and the time i need to get it completed.

May be it's different for individual because waking up early make me more productive. When you wake up early in the morning and do short exercise, you'll be body will warm and sharper throughout the day. Hence, you'll be able complete the task on your table.

Yes, it can. I tried it several times, and I stayed more motivated. I guess that's because I didn't feel so tired, but sometimes I can't get up early because I want to go back to sleep too much. I guess that's my problem. Maybe I should go to sleep earlier or put my alarm clock further away so I will be forced to go turn it off.

I believe that it actually depends on the kind of person that you are because there are some people who are usually more active in the morning and there are people who are more active in the night. I am the type of person that likes to wake up early. It is an act that I have always liked since I achieve more when I am up early then when I wake up late. When it is noon, my productivity level always end up dropping and that is one reason I prefer being more active in the morning.

Some years ago, I find it very difficult to wake up early because I usually sleep very late. So, as a result of that, I don't usually wake up early to start whatever I need to do early in the morning. But recently, I have began to start waking up early and it has been helping me to be more productive before today runs out with so many things that I can be able to achieve.
