Can someone with no computer skills start a software selling business?

No way you, to the best of my knowledge you can't, if you don't have computer skills in-depth then you are not ready to do software business because it's will end up badly so before you start software business go and have a in-depth knowledge of the computer

There's no way that is appropriate.
You would need to acquire computer skills before selling softwares. What happens when customers would want to install the softwares, and find out you can't do the installation?

If you want to create software within the company, you have to know how to program first. Programming and coding are two totally different fields. (Programming is problem-solving, coding is translation of a sloution into another language.)
