Yes this is very possible, if the owner is not interested in knowing how to barb and he has the luxury of hiring stylist it's a good idea. That's a good business idea, he might not even go to the shop, instead he can Even have a manager and still get his cool cash.

Yes, it's very possible and actually happens a lot around the world. In my country, there are a lot of business people with a lot of money but no real interest in or hairdressing skills, who'll find a nice venue, deck it out nicely with all the modern hair salon and beauty fittings. Then what they do is advertise for those with the skills but nowhere to operate out of to come in and rent a section of the salon. The owner then either charges a set fee or takes a commission out of every job.

Yes anyone can open a barbing salon. There is no need for you to have the skills of a barber to extract profit from barbing salon. You just have to open the barbing salon and then hire the barbers to work in it .You Don't have to work there
