Can coins or token claimed from faucet and PTC (Paid to click site) make someone rich??

The reward per claim from all those faucet site are too small to make some rich, they are mostly design to waste peoples times because to accumulate the coin that will amount to a Dollar might takes month to achieve it. So before one can actually make reasonable coin that worth good value it will take nothing less than 10years working on a daily bases on the site.
