Would you ever consider buying up historic homes, and remodel them? Or would you not want to be responsible for restoring it? I think it'd be cool to buy up an important place, fix it up the way it used to look. And hey, if it's a real important place, you could make it into a museum or a place where people can see what it was like in the past.

Would you ever try to remodel an old building?

In our country, any property that is deemed historic is owned by government. The government will buy from the owner and take in charge. General people cannot own historic property.
