As the business owner I think that even if you have a bunch of employees there is still a certain degree to which you need to be involved with each integral part of the business like finance and customers and so forth because in a small business any mistake can be easily shown and this is where micromanaging lies. But I think that in bigger businesses the owners allocate a lot of the responsibilities.That's why you need more personnel that can help you out on that one, to prevent any lingering errors that might result when only you is managing it. Cos you still have other job options that needs your attention as the business/company owner.
