Biggest Struggle?

From opening, to running and managing your forum, what has been your biggest struggle in the past or present? Did you overcome this struggle, and how?

A struggle of mine was to always stay open and to keep pushing even when no members were joining and no posts were being created. Over the years, I have gotten better at overcoming this struggle, but still not 100% there

For me it's marketing. I do a horrible job of finding members to join a forum. I'm not great at making good, quality posts in the beginning either.
