best websites for learning languages?

I am interested in knowing which are the best sites to learn languages, since I am improving my French knowledge right now and I only use Duolingo and Buusu.

Apart from these two websites, which ones do you know that have free courses where languages can be learned?

I'm mostly aware of Duolingo. But I think Rosetta Stone offers more options for learning languages. Aside from that, I'm drawing a blank on other alternatives.

I don't what are the best ones. However, I know Rosetta Stone and Lang Focus. Well, Lang Focus isn't about learning languages, but rather a YouTube channel about languages which recommends a site, but I forgot the name.
